A day off, already

The Vikings wrapped up their Saturday practice about 5 p.m. That was the second full practice since the team arrived in Mankato on Thursday afternoon. They also had two "walk-throughs," which are what the morning sessions are being called.

The players get the day off already on Sunday, and coach Leslie Frazier said the Collective Bargaining Agreement signed last year prevents him from locking down the team in Mankato. He said there will be no curfew Saturday night or Sunday morning and that he could only make a suggestion.

Players are due back on the field at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
